With its attractive spring blossom, Apple 'Worcester Pearmain' is an English Heritage fruit variety early season dessert apple variety with bright red fruit with sweet white flesh. Holder of an Award of Garden Merit from the RHS, these trees are excellent for colder areas of the UK. These delicious apples are perfect for eating straight from the tree each September and are also a good variety for stewing and crops store well until October. These trees make highly effective pollinators for other apple varieties. Harvest August to September. These trees are grown on M26 rootstock which produces an easy-to-control semi-dwarf tree with medium vigour. Height 3m after 10 years. Supplied as a bare root tree.Pollination Group 3 - Eating Apple. This variety is partially self-fertile. For the heaviest crops it is best grown with another variety.
