The three varieties included are:‘Black Magic’ – A relatively new variety of Italian black cabbage. This variety has been specially bred to perform well in UK climates, and contains five times the amount of glucosinolates than other kale varieties.‘Reflex’ – A variety with dark and curly leaves with a high tolerance to colder conditions, making it a great choice to grow as a winter kale. They can even be used as a baby kale variety in early summer.‘Redbor’ – Another great winter kale variety with stunning purple and curly leaves.
