Antirrhinum ‘Dazzling Lips Pink’ these sturdy little plants are strong growers, creating beautiful displays in beds, borders and patio pots. With large bicolour blooms in soft shades of pink and white, gently scented with a perfumed fragrance. Antirrhinum ‘Dazzling Lips Pink’ is early to flower and continues over a long period, attracting bees and butterflies to its nectar rich flowers. Height: 50cm (20”). Spread: 30cm (12”). Culinary note: Some parts of these flowers are edible. Try the sweet tasting petals on top of salads or even pancakes, crystallise them for use as cake decorations too. Pot up snapdragon plants using free-draining compost, and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outside. Pinch out growing tips while the plants are still small to encourage bushier growth. Once they are well grown, acclimatise antirrhinum plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting outdoors on fertile, free draining soil in a sheltered, sunny position.
