The Corner House was built in 1884 and was built by The Lucas Brothers who also built Lowestoft Railway Station and more notably The Royal Albert Hall in London. With many original features including a stunning example of Minton Tile work in the hall way you will be assured a warm and friendly welcome at The Corner House.
We offer seven rooms all uniquely decorated in their own style with all the comforts of modern living including En suite facilities Smart TV s with Netflix and dedicated USB charging points.
The Corner House is located just a two minute walk from the promenade and award winning South Beach. The Corner House has its own private car park for resident use only and offers a secure facility for cyclists. If traveling by train the station is just a 20min walk away or alternatively there is a bus stop directly outside the property.
Lowestoft is steeped with natural history and points of interest from the Fisher Mans Scores to Ness Point which is the most easterly point in the UK there is always something to explore.
If wanting to travel further afield Norwich is accessible by train and bus both of which are 45min away. Southwold Aldeburgh and Minsmere RSPB (Springwatch location) are all within half an hours drive while the expanding Carlton Marshes nature reserve championed by David Attenborough is close by and also provides access to the Broads National Park.
