Thompson & Morgan Rose ‘Golden Showers’ is a well-loved, RHS AGM variety that produces long lasting displays of pretty, bright yellow, cup-shaped flowers. Ideal for smaller gardens and patio containers, this climbing rose is easily contained, and will even cope well in shadier positions. Plant at the earliest opportunity following delivery, choosing an area in full sun that has not had roses planted into it in recent years when growing Thompson & Morgan Rose ‘Golden Showers’, and place in rich, fertile, well-drained soil. Prior to planting, dig in plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.
