Aubergine 'Green Knight' F1 is a rarely seen Asian aubergine, with fruits that are a glossy jade green colour! This vivacious variety will not only add interest to your greenhouse – they look amazing when cooked as well. The slender fruits of Aubergine ‘Green Knight’ make an unusual and delicious addition to meals and are a useful as an ingredient in stir fries and curries, with their firm flesh and mild-sweet flavour. This early-maturing variety will bear high-quality aubergine fruits, each measuring about 17cm long, borne on compact, well-branching plants with good disease resistance. Height: 75cm. Spread: 60cm.When all risk of frost has passed and the soil is warm, harden off your plants before planting in their final positions. For indoor cultivation, pot on into larger containers or plant two aubergines per growbag. Outdoors, plant aubergines in rich, fertile soil at a distance of 90cm apart, in rows spaced 90-120cm apart. Grow aubergines in a sheltered position in full sun.
