Our regal Begonia 'Majestic Mixed' will brighten your pots, baskets and borders with their big bold blooms right through to the first frosts of winter. Excellent garden performance ensures exhibition quality blooms and plants whatever the weather! There is no need to staking plants or to take extra care. Plus, once the blooms finish, they simply drop from these low-maintenance plants to be replaced with fresh flowers. Height: up to 45cm (17.5”). Spread 40cm (16"). Culinary note: add the bright coloured petals to sandwiches or salads for a light lemon taste and crisp texture. Pot up Begonia plug plants into 9cm pots and grow them on in bright, frost-free conditions, away from direct sun. They can be transplanted into their final containers once they have increased in size. When all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise begonia plants to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before planting them in their final positions in containers, beds and borders.
