Sambucus Black Tower is a dense and compact variety with an upright habit that’s ideal for smaller borders or a standalone specimen. The large leaves emerge green but darken to deep burgundy when grown in full sun. Flattened heads of fragrant pink flowers complement the dark foliage witch are replaced by glossy black elderberries. This shrub is easy to grow and makes a great focal point in any garden. Height: 2.5m (8”). Spread: 1.2m (4). Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size.
