Cyclamen Coum Album are strong little tubers that send up there dazzling white flowers in the depths of winter. There charming flowers boast from red stems above a carpet of silver-marbled foliage that creates a beautiful carpet of ground cover. Perfect for planting in rockeries, woodland areas and at the base of deciduous trees and shrubs. The foliage remains throughout the spring before disappearing below ground for a dormant summer period. Height: 10cm (4”). Spread: 15cm (6”). Grow Cyclamen in a well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter, in partial or dappled shade. Work some organic matter such as well-rotted manure or compost into the soil prior to planting. Cyclamen grow best in the dappled shade of trees and shrubs, which helps avoid excessive summer moisture. When planting Cyclamen make sure the rough side of the tuber with the old stems and roots protruding is facing up and the smoother, rounded side is facing down.
