This striking, hardy evergreen Thompson & Morgan Camelia Japonica is possibly one of best known varieties of shrub. When growing Thompson & Morgan Camelia ‘Brushfield’s Yellow’ choose a sheltered, shaded position and plant in moist, well-drained, acidic soil. In areas where acid soil does not naturally occur, Camelia plants are best grown in patio containers using a mix of ericaceous and soil based composts, positioned in dappled shade.
