Turnip 'Atlantic' produces flatter, globe-shaped roots with purple crowns and white bases. This variety is ideal harvested as baby turnips when the taste is sweet and succulent or can be left to mature. You can also eat the dark green leaves – delicious steamed as 'greens'. Grow in the ground or in containers.
