Phlox Emerald Cushion Blue is a pretty variety and deservedly popular. This variety produces pale mauve petals that normally smothers the foliage in spring. Producing trailing stems that form a dense mat will cascade perfectly when planted in troughs or wall crevices. These plants are incredibly tough as they cope well in dry soils and hot sunny spots once they are established. To create evergreen ground cover plant in generous groups so they can intertwine.
