Construction and operating principle: The inflowing compressed air drives a turbine with integrated unbalanced masses thereby producing a vibration. The speed can be controlled in a continuously variable manner using the air pressure. Example applications: The NCT series compressed air turbine vibrator is used whenever bulk materials have to be moved or whenever processes are to be mechanically activated. Suitable for the food industry. The device can be operated with oil-free compressed air with no limitations. The dustproof and watertight case even allows usage under extreme conditions. The permissible ambient temperature range is between -20 ºC and +120 ºC. A 2/2-way valve is required for activation. (Not included in delivery). An interposing filter unit with a 5 µm filter element ensure the lowest possible level of wear. (Not included in delivery).
