After spending some years as a member of the Avengers, he joined the Defenders and later reunited with his former teammates to form the X-Factor, but Hank always found himself returning to the X-Men. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1963, despite his ongoing battle with the demons of loneliness and rejection, he was a witty and sharp prankster, and beyond his brutal exterior, McCoy is the most learned and eloquent of the X-Men.Released in March 2024, X-Men '97 is a new animated sequel to the 1992 series X-Men : The Animated Series, continuing the storyline where the original series left off.
