City Crash Pad Serviced Apartments are located in the City Centre of Sheffield. All of our apartments have been individually designed to provide a homely modern and comfortable feel. The West Street Apartments are ideally located with a short walk to Sheffield University Hallam University Hallamshire Hospital and Children s Hospital. The apartments are central and are Opposite Leopold Square which is a great little area to have a meal and drinks as well as walking distance to the rest of the bars and restaurants on West Street. For Business clients we are in a great location with walking distance to HSBC BT SKY ASK4 and the Sheffield Courts. Our business clients have access to a printing service of up to 5 pages free per stay free Wi-Fi in all of our apartments and much more please ask for details. The apartments include a lounge with TV Free WIFI fully equipped kitchen which Inc. Oven Hob Microwave fridge (Freezer Box except Penthouse Collection Full Freezer) toaster kettle and washing machine. Penthouse Collection are more spacious also includes a dishwasher coffee machine and a large terrace with outside furniture. Sheffield has excellent local transport including the Supertram and bus network with the Tram stop just outside our building. Which is ideal as we are only a short tram journey away from Meadowhall Shopping Centre and Centre Entertainment. The train station is only a short walk or accessible by tram from City Crash Pad West Street Apartments to the station. Deposits: City Crash Pad Reserve the right to ask for a deposit at any time before arrival and we will notify upon receiving the booking. If a special event or booking in the penthouse range this can be a higher fee but will advise at time of booking. Payment: Payment is taken upon receipt of booking with Deposits taken on the day before check-in. Check-in: Please note check-in is by prior arrangement and guest will need to visit our office which is only a short walk from the apartments to complete check-in paperwork. Please note you will also need to bring the Card Payment was Made with (unless a corporate booking please notify Reservations Team at time of booking) and Photo ID (Passport or Driving License). Failure to do so will result in not being allowed to check-in and no refund will be provided. Check-in times are strict between 2pm-6pm. In the case of an unexpected late arrival there will be a charge of ?6. 00 per 30 minutes. Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be arranged at an additional cost and is subject to availability. Failure to Checkout at 11am will incur a late checkout fee. Accommodation Rules: All of our apartments are Non-Smoking and is a strict policy Pets are not allowed we do not allow group bookings but families are welcome to stay with us at any time of year.
