The Headlands is a detached fully licensed establishment located in an enviable position overlooking the North Bay and Scarborough Castle.
As resident proprietors we take great pleasure in offering all our guests quality accommodation a warm welcome and an informal friendly atmosphere. Attention to detail especially when it comes to cleanliness is paramount in ensuring your visit will be as comfortable as possible. Wireless Internet connection is available throughout premises including the bedrooms free of charge. We can offer a selection of twin double or family rooms all are decorated to a high standard we are particularly proud of or superior rooms which benefit from spectacular sea and castle views. All guest rooms have en-suite facilities and have flatsceen televisions with Freeview tea & coffee making facilities complimentary toiletries and hairdryers along with controllable heating and double glazing for your comfort. Iron and ironing boards are available upon request. We have a small free car park and there is ample free parking right outside the property.
We are just a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the other local amenities and attractions. We are an ideal base for walking with the Cleveland Way nearby cycling or motoring with easy access to Whitby to the north Filey Bridlington to the south and the North Yorkshire Moors to the west. This stunning area has been the backdrop to numerous television series including All Creatures Great and Small Brideshead Revisited Heartbeat and the Royal .
