Description

Geoff and Phil welcome you to Lower Crankan Farm. Built in 1790 the farmhouse is located in a lush valley just 2 miles north of Penzance in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

It is a working smallholding with chickens and a small herd of Belted Galloway cattle horses two friendly Bengal cats and happy Harry the dog.

Our comfortable ground floor guest room looks onto a pretty garden and has a very comfortable French antique double bed en suite wet-room flat screen TV (Sky) and a DVD player with a selection of films available upon request.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and plenty of available parking. If you are leaving the mainland to travel to the Isles of Scilly it may be possible to leave your car with us for a small charge and we may be able to assist with transport to/from the airport/heliport/ferry services. Either way our home provides ready access to all the local attractions in Penwith.

Breakfast is continental style and content varies from day to day and includes fruit juices tea coffee Cornish cheeses cold meats hard-boiled eggs (freshly laid by our own hens) and of course homemade bread.

Other home-grown produce is included according to season. Anything left over can be taken as a packed lunch. We love our food so we are also able to give up to date recommendations on where to eat according to taste and budget as well as advising on places to visit.
