Description

You will have the whole of this cottage to enjoy.

The sitting room has the original 1850 s brick fireplace. The cottage has full gas central heating so you will be warm and cosy.

With a smart 32 inch TV and fibre optic broadband you will be able to stream movies or watch TV in HD.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fan assisted single electric oven and a 4 ring gas hob burner. There is an integrated fridge and separate freezer and ample storage space.

There is a small utility area with a washer drier- should you need to wash any clothes.

The garden has a raised decked area which is accessed through a pair of patio doors from the kitchen. Rural views from the property are enjoyed. There is a picnic bench and a charcoal BBQ- but don t forget to bring your own charcoal.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with double beds.

The bathroom has a huge bath and a separate power shower.

The location of the cottage is fantastic. There are plenty of walks from the cottage along the mill leats and along the River Exe or back into Central Exeter.

There is a private drive with parking for 2 vehicles- if you park bumper to bumper and a large storage shed to store any bikes.

Please be aware a service/cleaning fee of ?25 will be charged per stay at point of booking to the property
