The Malthouse Apartments is a stunning refurbishment of a Grade B listed former whisky-bonded warehouse situated in Edinburgh s bustling West End. With easy access to Haymarket station and less than a minute walk from the Airlink bus stop and tram stop on Shandwick Place there are supermarkets and a variety of great coffee shops pubs and restaurants just around the corner. Numerous tourist attractions are within walking distance including Edinburgh Castle EICC the Usher Hall and Princess Street Gardens. George Street is a 5-minute walk away featuring leading shopping attractions restaurants bars and clubs. The Malt House features a mix of 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom studio apartments available for both short term and long term tourist or corporate lets. The modern apartments come fully equipped with a kitchen free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. These self-catered apartments include a washing machine dishwasher and oven with coffee and tea also provided upon arrival. Sofa beds can be requested to be added to the lounge prior to arrival to allow for extra guests.
