Description

The newly converted flat has been furnished in a comfortable colourful and contemporary style by local artists Jean and Martin Farrell with a spacious bedroom and living area leading through to a kitchen and dining area.

Built in the basement of a pretty family house the flat has its own entrance via the front garden with full height french windows allowing in plenty of natural light.

With a plush super-king size zip and link bed and a fold out sofa bed the apartment can sleep three people.

There is a TV radio and a selection of games and books so the apartment is a great place to relax after a day of sight-seeing.

The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare serve and enjoy a simple meal with a microwave and coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware.

A large shower loo mirror and sink can all be found in the bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat.

Free WiFi is available through the flat.
