10 Lime Grove is a big late Victorian house that has been converted into several self contained self catering holiday studio apartments. Situated in the sought after area of Bathwick these studios are in a perfect location. Just a 10 minute level walk from the Roman Baths and the Abbey. The city at its feet and the Kennet and Avon canal running behind it leading on to miles of country walks and peaceful surroundings. The studios themselves are simply decorated and uncluttered designed with comfort and practicality in mind. Spacious and full of home comforts they cannot be compared to a hotel room. They all have comfortable beds (one is a king) they are perfect for couples but 3 of them can also accommodate small families. Having a fully fitted kitchen means that you can cater for some or all your meals whilst you are away. You can cook anything from a simple breakfast to a 5 course meal with the equipment provided. Self check in and check out mean that your stay will be easy and straight forward with little or no contact with the owner which most people prefer.

This is a quiet house close to the center of Bath but far enough so your sleep will not be disturbed by revelers. We actively discourage hen and stag parties and encourage couples who want to make the most of their days and relax at night.

Our pricing is also simple and there are no hidden extras. Included are linen and towels a welcome pack of tea and coffee a set of cleaning equipment for the kitchen courtesy toiletries a parking permit for on road parking and WiFi.

All our guests have access to the garden which is quiet and secluded with seating for up to 8 people.

They all also have access to the laundry room (situated on the first half landing) which is equipped with a washing machine tumble dryer iron and ironing board. Detergent is not included.
