The Plough is a beautiful inn situated in Fulford in the historic City of York. Built over 300 years ago the Plough has welcomed travellers from far and wide. Originally opening its doors as a coaching house the Plough has also boasted its own tearooms and garden as well as serving hand pulled ales for over three centuries. Today the Plough boasts six delightful boutique bedrooms that have been lovingly created by owners twin sisters Kim and Sue. All bedrooms are ensuite and have flat screen televisions and free WiFi connection. Downstairs you will find a warm welcome and can enjoy the very cosy and friendly atmosphere in our bar and restaurant. On offer is our fresh home cooked and locally sourced food along with an extensive range of wines beers spirits soft drinks and a range of teas and coffees. As well as free parking we have a lovely garden for guests to enjoy.
