The Black Bull is a traditional English village pub and hotel located in the friendly village of Escrick 5 miles from the centre of the city of York. It it set in the middle of the quiet village away from the main roads so offers a relaxing and welcoming base to visit the local attractions. It is a 5 minute drive to local designer outlet shopping centre which offers great deals on top designer labels. Also based here is a park and ride in to York. It is 10 minute drive in to the centre of the city of York with all its history and attractions. There are regular buses in to the city as parking can be expensive. The Black Bull has 10 bedrooms including doubles twins and family rooms. All of the rooms have ensuite shower rooms. We offer traditional home cooked food sourced from local fresh ingredients and have a daily specials board for seasonal fresh produce. Breakfasts are cooked to order and include our own recipe Black Bull sausages. We offer a fully stocked bar including wines and spirits and tradional Yorkshire hand pulled ales with guest beers brewed in the city of York. We will offer you a warm and friendly Yorkshire welcome and make you feel right at home. You can enjoy your evenings besides our open fires after days spent enjoying the local areas.
