The village has some of the most beautiful ham stone thatched cottages in the county and is also the National Trust property of Barrington Court which was used recently for the filming of the BBC production of Wolf Hall. We can be found in the heart of the village just opposite the beautiful 13 th century church of St Mary the Virgin.
