Owners Shirley and Paul welcome you to Wadham Guesthouse. All our rooms have en-suite showers TV hairdryer free WFI in most of the rooms and a hospitality tray for your comfort.
Wadham House is enviably situated right in the heart of old Weymouth being just a few yards from Weymouth s picturesque and interesting old harbour. The beach Sealife Tower Nothe Fort and shopping centre restaurants pubs are all within a very short walking distance.
Due to the age and historic listing of the building it is not possible to install a lift therefore some our rooms on the higher floors may not be suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.Please ask when booking for availability on lower floors if required.
We do not accommodate stag/hen parties or single sex groups.
No smoking throughout the Guesthouse.
Children 14 and over welcome.
June/July and August minimum of 3 nights stay.
Unfortunately we have no facility for storage of bikes or any fishing equipment.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if you cancel your booking within 5 days of the booked arrival date. However after this time or in the case of a no show a charge equivalent to the cost of 1 nights accommodation for each room booked will be levied.
We are closed over Christmas/ New Year and some of January and February.

PARKING
FREE overnight parking from 6 p.m in Governers Lane Car park 50 yards from the guesthouse all year round.Public parking with charges available at the Pavilion car park a few minutes away from the guesthouse.
We are able to provide a limited number of parking permits for those guests staying longer than overnight for which there a ?15 refundable deposit payable on arrival. Please ring to check availability but priority is given to bookings made directly through our own website.
Please note we do not have dedicated parking bays.
