The Cavendale under new management is run by Richard & Samantha. The bed & breakfast is situated overlooking Weymouth seafront and harbour close to Weymouth town centre and beach.
We have 8 rooms over three floors. Please note that we do not have a lift.
On the ground floor we have a breakfast room offering a varied selection of breakfast items on the menu. All of our rooms have either a beach or harbour view please let us know if you have a special preference and we will try to meet your needs.
Due to our location we are within walking distance to the town centre restaurants cinema and many other facilities.
Weymouth town is a gateway situated half-way along the Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site on the Dorset and east Devon coast important for its geology and landforms. Weymouth Harbour is home to pleasure boats chartered fishing boats and private yachts. Nearby Portland Harbour is home to the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy where the sailing events of the 2012 Olympic Games were held.

Check-in time is from 1pm to 6pm. If you would like to arrive outside of these hours please contact us to make prior arrangements and we will try to meet your request.
We have no parking on the premises but have a limited amount of parking permits for street parking. These allow you to park free once you have found a space. Spaces are not guaranteed. If you require a parking permit it is most advisable to contact us directly before your arrival. Public car parking is available at a charge through out the day and free from 6pm-8am.
