I have teamed up with the Health & Well being Centre and local Doctors in Ystalyfera, and Abercrave to offer a low cost affordable clinic for the popular "talking therapy" Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also Homeopathy. CBT Is a no nonsense approach to help people to sort out their lives. It can help with all Anxiety conditions, it can help you to manage depression. It is good with phobias and irrational fears. CBT can be as effective as anti deppressants in treating depression and a short course in CBT can help you manage or make a thing of the past any addictions whether it's smoking or drugs or alcohol. Homeopathy is a safe and gentle alternative medicine that can treat all mannner of symptoms whether they are physical , mental or emotional. It can help with all the things you might see your GP for. It has no drug side effects and works equally well on adults as it does on babies and children. Some people think it's a placebo medicine ie just suggestion and then people feel better but as it works on babies and animals extemely well placebo is definately not the case.
