Continue walking through to the open plan lounge kitchen area where there is a fully equipped kitchen to your right with a small fridge freezer and washing machine along with your usual kitchen amenities including hob and oven.



The living room has a small dining room table and chair set that seats 4 people and a seater sofa bed is also available should you wish to use it.



The apartment comes with wifi TV and now TV units with Entertainment package included. On the dry or sunny days you can access the garden through the side gates of the building and be enclosed within the property s private garden area. As this is a communal garden there is no outside furniture or BBQs permitted unfortunately but if you fancy a nice picnic or just to relax in the sun then please feel free to do so.



PARKING



Ample parking surrounding the property with one off street parking space available however there is sufficient parking on the street and is actually closer to the entrance to the property but both are available to guests at no extra costs.



TRANSPORT



Access to Main Roads including A19 is no more than 10 minutes drive and A1 is approx 15-20 mins drive away.

If you decide to walk to the City Centre this can take 10-15 minutes depending on your speed.

Park Lane bus station and Metro is approx 10 mins walk away also.
