The hotel is under new management .This is a beautiful quiet family run hotel in the south-rhins area of Scotland where we take the time to look after our guests and deliver a personalised service . It is ideal for the ferry to Ireland as well as using it as a country base for all that Dumfries and Galloway has to offer . The hotel has a licenced bar and restaurant specialising in good Scottish food with lovely gardens . We have upgraded all the food and service as we are really trying to make our guest feel welcome and as if at home . Nearby are six major gardens all open to the public including Logan Botnical and Glenwhan and we are very close to the beach at Sandhead If you like your golf then we have four golf courses all within 15 minutes of the hotel with a further two in 30 minutes. We added new soft white bed linen throughout freshened up the menus and upgraded all the rooms and bathrooms . If you are looking for a quiet country house hotel for the weekend then we are perfect for you .
