We had an awful experience! He told us his hourly rate then bought a second person with him and charged us double without making it clear it was an hourly rate per person! He took the broken part and charged us 230 pounds without fixing anything. He then said he would quote us for the job rather than hourly rate. He quoted 580 pounds. We found another plumber who did the whole job for 200 pounds. He literally took our money and didn't fix a thing ! My worst experience with a trader!
