Spacious and sunny house on 3 levels located within walking distance of Maidstone Town Centre. Street car parking with one visitor s parking permit. Free parking on single yellow lines after 6.30 pm.

The house consists of dinner and kitchen on ground floor Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite on 2nd floor Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds on 1st floor one main bathroom with shower attached and toilet on 1st floor 2 single beds in Bedroom 3 in the basement. Small decking garden outside the back.

Parking permit is provided for 1 car however you can park on the single yellow lines and surrounding areas after 6.30 pm.

For the business person its the perfect location to stay whilst on business as you never have to be late for your meeting downtown.
