Lymington Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is a small clinic run by chartered physiotherapists Helen and Matthew Ruane.
We pride ourselves in providing friendly but professional physiotherapy treatment to the people of Pennington, Lymington and the surrounding areas of the New Forest (Brockenhurst, Sway, Everton, Beaulieu, New Milton, Milford on Sea).
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and also offer ante and post natal exercise classes and pilates classes.

We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and Saturday mornings. We are registered with all main health insurance companies.

We are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and we are registered with the Health Professions Council.
