Built in 1627 the timber-framed Thatched Cottage combines all modern essentials with old world charm in historic and garden rooms. Located in the village of Brockenhurst and 3 minutes walk from Brockenhurst train station in the heart of the New Forest National Park within easy walking distance from the village centre open heathland and forest with its abundance of wildlife walking and cycling. Free Wi-Fi and parking to all guests. Situated in the 17th century Thatched Cottage built in 1627 during the reign of Charles I each historic room has its own individual character with an inviting charm that is hard to resist. The Historic Single room has one single bed and a shared bathroom. All rooms feature TV tea/coffee making facilities daily housekeeping hairdryer desk free toiletries iron/ironing board and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served every morning from 8am to 10am. One of the things to do is to sail from Lymington in the New Forest for an unforgettable day out. We have 2 dog-friendly guestrooms. Well-behaved pets are permitted in specific rooms and by prior arrangement only. Pets are not permitted in any other part of the building (or on the adjoining land).
