Based in the centre of Lyndhurst in the heart of the New Forest National Park our B&B is ideally situated for easy walking or cycling access to the open forest. We are a few hundred yards from the High Street with its fine church shops bars & restaurants & centrally located to easily reach other Forest villages & beaches. We welcome you to a comfortable room & freshly cooked breakfast in our refurbished Victorian House with car park & pleasant gardens to the rear.
The 4 double bedrooms all have en-suite shower & WC facilities flatscreen TV with free-view & DVD player tea/coffee making facilities & free internet access. We don t offer twin or single bedded rooms however there is space for an additional fold down bed or travel cot in some rooms for an additional small fee and single occupancy rates are also available. Please let us know if you require any additional extras in your room when making your booking.
We offer sheltered cycle storage secure parking and a laundry service for the long distance traveller or those muddy forest walks! We are a stones throw away from Lyndhurst High Street where you will find many restaurants pubs and shops as well as The New Forest Tourist Information Centre where along with our own excellent knowledge of the area you will receive every help with planning your time here. We are also central to many of the larger hotels & churches in the Forest making it the ideal base if you re here to celebrate a wedding or other function in the area. Lyndhurst is known as the heart of The New Forest and we are approximately 30 minutes from all surrounding towns including Lymington Winchester Salisbury Christchurch and Bournemouth.
Whatever your reason for visiting the forest we are always on hand and happy to help you explore by foot horseback or bicycle. There are so many beautiful places to visit and local attractions to keep you busy and entertained for your whole trip.
