The Ivanhoe Guest House is clean friendly and family run. You can be assured of a warm welcome a comfy bed and an excellent home cooked breakfast.
We are one of the few guest houses in the Bridlington Hilderthorpe Conservation Area that offer some free off-road parking. We are approximately 200m from the beautiful South Beach and Spa Theatre and a short walk to the harbour and town centre.
Local facilities include a Newsagent convenience store and Hairdressers. Situated near by are Golf courses the Spot Light Theatre Bridlington Spa Theatre and the Leisure centre.
Our rooms come with towels hairdryer freeview TV Hospitality trays and free Wi-Fi. All rooms are en-suite and a daily maid service is available.
We have a spacious comfortable guest lounge with TV books and games and a guest fridge in the dining room.
Although all rooms are only accessible via stairs we are an inclusive Guest House and will happily make any adaptions that we can to enable everyone to be able to stay with us.
We can offer support to families of children with Autism and ADHD and have a range of specialist equipment on offer to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
