Esmae House is a three storey Victorian property set within a conservation area of Filey. We are conveniently located a few steps away from the town centre Crescent Gardens and the cliff top above the award winning beach at Filey Bay.
For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept children or pets offering adult only accommodation.
We will work to make your stay with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard each with a private en-suite shower room.
Guests are free to relax in our comfortable guest lounge with TV and Blu-ray DVD player.
OUR ROOMS: Room 1 is a double room on the first floor. Room 2 is a king size also on the first floor. Room 3 the last on the first floor is a king size suite. Room 4 on the second floor is a king size. Room 5 on the second floor is super king size or twin if required.
All rooms are en-suite with hospitality tray hairdryer vanity mirror complimentary toiletries and television with Freeview channels.
We provide complimentary robes and slippers for two or more night stays.
Ironing facilities are available on request.
CHILDREN: Unfortunately we do not accept children
PARKING: Parking is on street only.
BREAKFAST: Served between 8 and 9 o clock if you wish to eat earlier this can be arranged.
Our menu comprises a range of self service fresh fruit cereals fruit juice yoghurts nuts and seeds.

Scrambled Egg with Smoked Salmon
American style pancake stack served with crispy streaky bacon and maple syrup
All accompanied by tea coffee and toast.
Produce is sourced as locally as possible. Our butcher is Mr Adrian Colling on Union Street and our eggs are from Winkfield Farm in Cloughton.
All food is cooked to order so we would appreciate your patience as this takes a little time.
