Shepherds Spring Cottages are located in the delightful grounds of 18th Century East Mills Manor situated between the historic medieval town of Fordingbridge and the village of Godshill. Both cottages have been tastefully converted to comfortable stylish high standard accommodation offering a secluded retreat in a peaceful location. Exclusive private fishing on the river Avon is also available within the grounds of East Mills Manor (subject to a surcharge and previous arrangement with the owner PRIOR to booking).
Being within the National Park Boundary the area is ideal for walking cycling and horse riding. Both cottages may be booked for larger groups wanting to holiday together.
Outside each property has a fenced shingled sitting area. In addition there is a secluded grassed barbeque area with picnic tables available for both cottages. This offers great outside space for the family with views overlooking fields.

After an extensive refurbishment including a brand new fitted kitchen new double glazing throughout recently fitted bathroom and shower room we hope you check out the pictures to this exciting property. It offers lots of space including 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children as one bedroom has bunk beds for the children).
Use of the outside barbeque area is also included and booking all 3 holiday homes means that you can holiday with your family and friends up to 17 people.
