The Crow Karate Club teaches martial arts to children and adults of all ages and abilities, using the philosophy of karate-do to improve oneself physically and mentally and spiritually. Various classes offer an opportunity for everyone to be challenged and have fun keeping fit. Beginners welcome.

Classes at the club include:

Shotokan Karate: for children from the age of four and adults from beginner to black belt.
Yang style Tai Chi: this is the most popular form of the art, improves co-ordination and mobility.
Qigong: focuses on self healing and stress relief using abdominal breathing and controlled movement.
SMACK fitness: for general all round fitness and fun this class offers students a combination of karate, weight training, self defense and meditation.
Personal Trainer: a tailored fitness program and at convenient times that suit your work-life balance.
