Old Embassy House offers a very warm welcome in the heart of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Fowey. This grade II listed guest house is perfectly situated being only a few minutes walk from the harbour stunning coastal scenery inns restaurants and shops.

Our guest house benefits from private parking (limited - please contact us direct to arrange).

All of our rooms are individually styled which creates an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Pencarrow - our four poster William Morris inspired room Menabilly - our modern family room Cannis - our nautical styled room and Lantic - our urban/industrial/nautical styled room with estuary views. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access Smart TV and hairdryers. A refreshments tray is provided which offers tea coffee hot chocolate herbal / fruit teas and biscuits. All rooms have complimentary soft white towels shampoos shower gels and soaps.

We offer a varied breakfast menu which ranges from continental through to a full Cornish cooked breakfast (included).

When it comes to eating out prepare to be seriously spoilt for choice in and around Fowey with a wide range of superb restaurants and pubs or relax at one of the cafes. This is an exciting place to eat with modern gourmet dining relaxed bard and pubs alongside traditional British fare including good old seaside fish n chips. One thing you can count on is the fresh local food and drink in Fowey most will have been grown or caught within a few miles of the town. We even have our own mussel farm just offshore! Why not visit the local shop (Shipmates) and check out the vast selection of local Gin s Rum s Cider s and Beer s.
