The Seven Stars is the original birthplace of St Austell Brewery and is where Walter Hicks opened his first pub back in 1863. The Seven Stars is ideally located centrally in St Austell and is just a few minutes walk from the train station and shops. Since taking over, Stuart and Darren have re-decorated the pub entirely with classy neutral colors yet still retain some of the beautiful features such as the ornate Victorian fireplace. The pub also now has a big flat screen TV complete with full Sky package for all the big sporting events.
