The delightful rooms are clean and spacious and feature fresh sumptuous Egyptian cotton linen to ensure a good nights rest. The en-suite bathrooms feature powerful showers under floor heating and electric towel rails as well as fluffy white towels robes and slippers. In the room there are tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk bottled water and biscuits and a flat screen Smart TV with free Netflix movies. The Polzeath room features a balcony with views over the town as well as an en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Situated close to the Camel Trail - 18 miles of flat level off road walking and cycling with frequent bus links and easy access to the South West Coast Path Wadebridge itself is a market town with plenty of interesting and unusual independent shops and several good restaurants all within walking distance of the house.
