Awful. Pokey room, small double bed, small TV up on top of wardrobe! Noisy traffic from dual carriageway. Noisy yapping dog next room and host wasn't interested. Very steep staircase to bedrooms all on top of each other. Got woken by dog on first night who wouldn't stop and the unfriendly host wouldn't say anything to owner and told us it must've been our fault for getting up! Dog woke us up! No smoke alarms seen
1 small towel each for 5 days and said she couldnt clean due to covid. It was so bad we left to drive 7.5hrs back home and slept in car. She then lied to booking.com and told them we were a no show so that she could re-rent room and we couldn't leave review
She refused to give even partial refund. I was so glad to get home
