Glebe Hall and it s cottages have been converted from a Georgian Coach House. Set in a secluded valley at the head of the Helford River on our doorstep lies an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). With quiet creeks wooded walks numerous safe beaches and great sailing it is the perfect launchpad to explore the Lizard Peninsula and beyond. At Glebe Hall in addition to the 4 self-catering cottages there is a pool (April - September) a Games Room (with table tennis table football DVD & book libraries) Laundry Room (washing machines and tumble dryer) Garden Chickens and a Courtyard Terrace which is great for BBQ s. Mawgan-in-Meneage (or just Mawgan for ease!) is an attractive little village and parish located at the base of the Lizard Peninsula between the Helford River and Gunwalloe within the AONB. There is a fantastic village shop selling fresh local produce it also has a free cash machine and Post Office. Opposite our property is the Ship Inn which is a great dining pub (the food is incredible). Trelowarren behind Glebe Hall is great for walks and Gear Farm up the road is fantastic for pasties. We have dogs ourselves and wanted to make Glebe Hall a holiday option for our fellow dog owners therefore we can accept up to two well behaved dogs per cottage. Please note dogs are not permitted in the main garden/pool area for hygiene & safety reasons .
