This is a large recently built dormer bungalow situated in a private road but close to all amenities ie the Tate Gallery and the famous Leach Pottery shops golf course coastal walks and excellent bus routes. We are located in Carbis Bay only 0.6 miles from St Ives with it s many splendid beaches & restaurants which are only a short walk drive/bus ride away. There is a Tesco with an ATM nearby for all your needs Ideal for walkers and surfers.



We have one large double bedroom with a beautiful en-suite shower room both with bath/hand towels supplied. A second double bedroom with adjacent private bathroom/shower dedicated solely for this room both with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. These are ROOMS ONLY however we do supply fresh milk and cereals also a selection of coffee and teas. We supply complementary bottled water on your arrival. In the room there is a kettle fridge toaster microwave (if required) TV hairdryer Free Wi-Fi access.



Outside there is a small decked sun terrace with table and chairs in a well sheltered setting which you are welcome to use. We are a friendly helpful couple and we will do our best to make you re stay comfortable.



No children no animals please. We have designed this bungalow for people who are looking for a relaxing holiday. We have secure on-site parking.
