Description

Centrium is a landmark development conveniently located in the heart of Woking town centre and is just a short walk from the mainline railway station. The development name is advertised above the main foyer door.

The development provides 24hr security free onsite gymnasium with sauna and secured parking for one car. Reservation for parking is essential as spaces are limited and not guaranteed.

Apartments are above ground floor level and are light spacious and come with a walk on balcony off the main living area. The living space is predominantly open plan with Living/Dining & Kitchen area.

Guests should expect some outside noise as the development is in the town centre.

Woking town centre has an abundance of retail shops cafes and restaurants all within either a pedestrian walkway or within the two shopping malls. In-between the malls is an artisan market open 7 days a week. Within the town centre is a multi-screen cinema national theatre with shows on tour from London s West End an indoor bowling alley and the HG Wells centre. The lightbox art gallery and museum can be reached alongside the basingstoke canal located on the edge of the town centre. Further afield is Mercedes Benz World RHS Wisley and numerous golf courses.
