Pingawings preschool, is a small friendly preschool for 2-4 year olds in Wrightington. Formally known as Mossy Lea Playgroup, the group was founded in 1985 by a small group of local mums in the area. Pingawings opens term time from 8.30am till 12.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Pingawings is based at Tunley UR church hall, Wrightington. It is a bright and attractive nursery complete with a spacious outdoor play area, access to large fields, woodland areas and a secure haven.

All our staff are fully qualified to a high level, have years of experience and are enthusiastic about their day to day work.
As a preschool we are Ofsted registered to a good rating with lots of outstanding features. We are passionate about the day to day care and education of our children and provide stimulating, challenging and interesting activities, resources and environments.
