The hotel has been under new ownership since the middle of June 2017. The new owners has had a very varied background from teaching mathematics to the royal family of Dubai owning a home-automation business running a aerodrome in Lithuania to doing aerial photography in New Zealand. They have been in the hotel business for 4 years this being their second hotel the other being The Hopton Hotel in Blackpool a much smaller hotel but one that also caters for coach parties.
Their desire is to build a team of staff that feels like a community with a spirit and friendliness that is then transferred to our guests.
If your idea of a holiday is to sit on a balcony sipping a glass of chilled wine listening to the waves break on the beach while watching boats and canoes from the local sailing and rowing clubs compete for position with the salt air floating pass in the sea breeze then...... this is the place to be. Why not come and stay in one of our premium rooms with a balcony. There is a choice of twin double or small family rooms with balconies and larger family rooms and single rooms in the rest of the hotel. We have 2 kitchens one catering mainly for coach guests with breakfasts and dinners and the other servicing the bar. Altogether we have over 80 rooms in the hotel all en-suite with flat screen TV s and tea/coffee facilities. Entertainment is provided most evenings with local musicians.
Please not that on booking the first nights fee will be collected as a non-refundable deposit.
