Close by is Dinosaur Isle an interactive attraction which gives you an insight into prehistoric times on the Island. The Isle of Wight Tiger Sanctuary and Zoo is also within walking distance and for those people who don t want to walk the land train will collect you from just outside our hotel and take you around the town.
Sandown is located in the heart of Sandown Bay noted for its miles of golden sand which offer safe bathing and the Blue Flag award. There is a walk through to Shanklin along the revetment the return journey bringing you along the cliff tops taking in the stunning views.
