Situated in the exquisite South Downs National Park The Elsted Inn is a characteristically delightful English countryside Inn. We recently took over the business and are already immensely proud of award winning real ales sumptuous homemade food comfortable B&B rooms .and our enthusiastic team!
Our rooms feature Tempur mattresses down pillows and duvets en suites luxury toiletries flat screen TVs and a complimentary freshly ground coffee and tea service. Our downstairs rooms room 2 (twin) and room 1 (double) are easy access and are dog friendly. We have two upstairs rooms (1 twin and 1 double) with beautiful views of the South Downs. The upstairs double room also has a balcony and we are very happy to bring over a bottle of wine for customers who would like a quiet glass on their veranda before having a meal inside the pub. We are also pleased to accommodate other requests wherever possible such as: booking taxis (prior notice is advised) breakfast at flexible times providing specific items (ironing board lacto-free milk packed lunches etc.).
Unlike other B&B s / Hotels we do not simply show you the door - our check in and out times are completely flexible (times noted on websites are advisory). Although your room may not be ready you are very welcome to have a drink in our comfortable real ale pub relax in the serene beer-garden or leave your bags securely with us and have fun exploring the surrounding countryside!
