The apartments are all situated within gorgeous Georgian property opposite the original Stone House after which this suburb of Plymouth is named.
The building is situated within a short distance of the famous historic Royal William Yard with its plethora of restaurants and bars and a short stroll the other way into the city centre. With its own on site parking and a shop pub and bistro within 100 yards the property is extremely well situated.
The apartments are spread across five floors with several of the apartments enjoying stunning sea views. All six apartments are different in size shape and decor ranging from one bed to two bed units with amazing sea views. With high speed broadband and quality flat screen tvs they are equipped to a very high standard allowing for comfortable longer stays.
If you are planning a longer stay these apartments offer a home from home experience allowing you easy access to the whole of Plymouth and further afield into Devon and Cornwall.
